i would use photoshop, but it looks like it takse 2 years to learn how to use :p paint.net is the tool for meh 🙂
It seems like the guys who were growing up with what were “primitive” computers by today’s standards are the guys ended up having a much better grasp on computing and software development. If you want to become a software developer now it’s almost as if you have to jump in at the deep end.
lol, i’ve been using it for 3years and it isn’t that complicated when you get the hang of it.
